Shipping Policy
Shipping and Handling is FREE on ALL orders, WORLDWIDE. That means there is NO extra cost for shipping! If you live in New York it is free... If you live in Germany it is free... If you live in Brazil it is free... If you live in London it is free...
Shipping is made via EMS/USPS/TNT/DHL Express. Processing orders takes 5-6 business days and it will usually take about 1-2 weeks from ship date for your item(s) to be fully delivered.
Our products are shipped out every day, from Monday to Friday, except holidays. Most orders placed on weekdays will be shipped that same day, while orders placed on weekends will be shipped the following Monday. You will receive an e-mail confirmation with your tracking number. Please check your junk box if you can't receive the e-mails. 24 hours after you receive your tracking number, you will be able to track your order online at http://www.ems.com.cn/english-main.jsp Delivery times vary depending on the country of destination. North American and Asian orders will usually be delivered within 4-7 days of the shipped date. All other orders will be delivered within 7-14 days of the shipped date. Customs and Duties:
we will ship items as a gift, So usually You don't need to pay custom duty if your order is not very big. If you want a particular declared price you could clarify it in your order.
Return Policy
In order to perform your best, your products need to be just right. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in new condition. We will exchange the item or give you full refund for the purchased price of the item by your original method of payment. If you wish to return an item please email us before posting an item and we will tell you the return detail. Unfortunately items sent back without a email reply cannot be accepted.
Non-faulty items must be sent back in their original unused condition within 14 days of the invoice date. Once received, we will offer an exchange or a full refund if required. You will be required to pay postage when returning your exchange items to us.
Faulty items are dealt with individually. Goods are guaranteed against manufacturing defects and all will have to be inspected by us and by the manufacturer before we can accept them as faulty. Please return your goods to us - once we are satisfied the goods are faulty we will offer a FREE repair, replacement, exchange or refund.
